Something you can sink your teeth into.

I know so many people who scrapbook would love to make money using their hobby. Most of them end up becoming a consultant with various companies, but not everyone is a good "fit" as a consultant. Fortunately, there are more ways to scrapbook for a living (or at least for a few hundred extra $'s) outside the party plan business.

Want to know where to find the Best Books on Scrapbooking Businesses on the Market? I highly recommend the books from Fun Facts Publishing. They are, by far, the most comprehensive guides to help you start, manage and grow your own profitable scrapbooking business.

It doesn't matter if you want to make scrapbooks for others, open a store, organize events, be a direct sales consultant, or anything in between - these books will guide you every step of the way!

You'll learn how to get your business off the ground, promote on a shoe-string budget, increase your profits, and much, much more. I can honestly say these are the best guides on the market to help you make money in scrapbooking industry. You can learn more here.

Once you get up and running, consider emailing me about putting YOUR AD here on my blog or on my website www.BarefootMemories.net. I am not offering ads to anyone except my readers right now. Back to school is a great time to get a scrapbook business going or recharged before the holidays. Email me for more info: susan@ barefootmemories. net (take out the spaces).

Well, my question of the week is a little "off." What I mean is "off the page"...the scrapbook page! What types of altered projects do you like to do? I have done altered canvases (and LOVED them!), altered clipboards, altered composition books, paper bag albums and more. The other day, on a trip to Garden Ridge (a local craft/home decor store) I found some NEATO monograms I am going to decorate for my girls. They are by ProvoCraft and are about 8 inches tall. I can hardly keep typing because I want to go get started on them!

So...how do you "alter" your projects? Inquiring minds want to know! ;o)

P.S. Next week is our moving week! Yipee!! I tried to upload a photo, but Blogger won't let me! :o(
