Great layout ideas and instructions

I just got a glimpse of a really great (and free) idea and instruction sheet featuring the new Basic Grey holiday theme, Scarlet.

Here's the link to get it Just right click and "Save Target As" to save it to your computer. There are 6 layouts and they are all really cute!

Amazing digi-scrap website

I was surfing and checking out other scrapbook related blog the other day and found a link to Scrapblog.com

I didn't check it right away because I didn't have time, so I took a few minutes this morning to check it out.

And it's AWESOME!!

It reminds me of some PAID digital software programs I've bought in the past, but this one is FREE.

It's all hosted online, so if you have dial up internet, this will not work well for you. It's got lots of features that take a while to load. In fact, we don't have DSL or cable internet, but I use my Alltel cell phone to connect to the internet and the process to upload what I made was taking too long to publish and share it with you right now.

But, if you do have high speed internet, it would be wonderful. I played around with a couple pages and changed everything from the background to the stickers to the fonts and even added music to my slide show.

So, check out Scrapblog.com It's really a great free service. I'm actually thinking about using it for our digital Christmas cards this year!

New Discount Scrapbook Supplies Store

November Greetings to You!

Fall weather has FINALLY reached North Carolina to stay for a while. And everyone's been putting out all the Christmas display items in the stores. It was like all the stores were eagerly awaiting for Halloween to get over and done with so they could officially turn their stores into Christmas shopping paradise!

Don't get me wrong...I love Christmas, but I'm just not ready for it yet.

One of the things I have been working on (and is a work in progress) is a new scrapbook supplies store! It has anything and everything and I hope you'll check it out and give me some feedback. It has taken a lot of work, but I must admit that my favorite thing about it is the logo. You HAVE to check it out and let me know what you think.
